Monument in Saxony Gardens

Monument in Saxony Gardens

The Garden was established in 1713-1745 at the initiative of King August II of Saxony. The garden constitutes the remainders of the foundations of the palace. There are many sculptures, a fountain, a sundial and the monument to the poetess M. Konopnicka (unveiled in 1965).
