Monument of Cardinal Taschereau

The monument honors Cardinal Elzéar-Alexandre Taschereau (1820-1898). He was the Archbishop of Québec and the first Canadian Cardinal.

It's located in a small park near the Town Hall and the Basilica Notre-Dame de Québec.
