A Halt in the Forest in front of the Parliament Building
In front of the main entrance stands the sculptor’s most important work,
A Halt in the Forest. It represents an Indian family: the noble father, the
mother busy kindling a fire and the young girl, all looking towards the
point where the adolescent son is aiming his arrow.
