Surrounded by four statues of patrons namely St Ludmila, St Procopius, St Adalbert, and St Agnes the equestrain monument of the Patron Saint of Bohemia is situated in front of the Czech National Museum in Prague.

The Patron Saint of Bohemia is St Wenceslas who was the King of Bohemia in the 10th century. He was canonized after his martyr's death, and is regarded as the Patron Saint by the Czech People.

The equestrian style monument, situated in Wenceslas Square in New Town Prague, is the work of Josef Václav Myslbek in the early 20th century.
