lives in those boats out of Gloucester. The words at the bottom of the
statue are: "They That Go Down to the Sea in Ships: 1623-1923".

(also known as the "Fishermen's Memorial Cenotaph"), dedicated to "They that go
down to the sea in ships," which is a quote from Psalm 107:23-32.
