This is an old geiger monitor radio-active rate meter that apears to work ok. It is tube type and is made by the Picker X-Ray Corperation. It runs on 115V AC and will need the power cord replaced because it is in bad condition. I do not have a manual for this, but a basic operation instruction is taped to the side.
