(1)World Apparel Center Building, 1411 Broadway
This 40-story.501 ft office tower occupies a full block in Manhattan's Garment District. The project involved exterior restoration of the curtain wall to prevent water infiltration. To enhance the original joint design and to minimize sealant removal costs, pre-cured silicon strips were installed over the horizontal expansion joints between the concrete mullions.

512 ft, 41 stories, offices.

(3)Bricken Broadway Building
1385 Broadway at West 38th Street, SW Corner, 306 ft, 23 stories.
