Bonsecours Market, back

Easily identifiable by its splendid silver dome, now the symbol of Old Montréal, Bonsecours Market presents a variety of interesting exhibitions all year round, and admission is generally free ! The building also houses friendly sidewalk cafés, restaurants and superb boutiques showcasing the wares of Québec designers: from crafts to design objects, fashions, jewellery, Native art and old-time furniture.

The Bonsecours Market, which opened its doors in January 1847, was built according to the plans of architect William Footner. Bonsecours Market
