Galicia Jewish Museum
The Galicia Jewish Museum, housed in a renovated former Jewish
factory in Kazimierz. It opened in 2004 to celebrate the Jewish
culture of Polish Galicia destroyed by the Nazis and to commemorate
the victims of the Holocaust. Kate saw an excellent large-format,
color photo exhibit highlighting this culture as well as the memorials
erected in Galician villages, both large and small, to those killed in
the respective villages.
